About

Shaman Liam J. Adair, HHP, ACC

Author. Alchemist. Forest shepherd. Creator of Naresonarq.

I am Shaman Liam J. Adair, founder of Wholesome Healing. Prior to incarnating into this physical expression, we observe what needs to be accomplished and, at that time, make the decisons for the best circumstances required to accomplish our chosen purpose. My past and current life's experience shaped my foundation through ancestral relationship and lived practice; and I have walked it for over a decade, trained across nineteen modalities.

My work is shamanic at its center. I move with sound medicine, crystals, reiki, hypnotherapy, past-life regression, guided meditation, and energy balancing, and I read the signs, cycles, and messages moving through a person's life. I do not tell you who you are. I walk you through your physical expression and the energetic expression beneath it, the soul existence that helps to shape your reality here in Earth realm.

I work in relationship with the ancestors, the spiritual team, and the Beings of Source that move alongside each person I serve. The purpose stays the same throughout: alignment, clarity, and a real step toward an ascended reality.

The Path Formed Following the Shift

The Tower was my career-ending injury but it was not the catalyst for my awakening. Quietly, long before adulthood, it began with relationship...with the ancestors and the messages that would arrive when something deeper was asking to be understood. Long before I had language for it, the signs were already speaking. Recurring symbols. Dreams. Experiences that returned until their meaning became visible.

I once moved through a structured world. I earned a Master of Science in Information Assurance and Network Defense and built a mind shaped by systems and precision. That mind did not leave when the call came. It dwells inside my work now, in how I read a chart, a cycle, a field, and translate what is trying to reach a person.

Wholesome Healing grew from my understanding of Self. Since then I have served clients across the Earth realm, remotely and in relationship, walking each one through the energetic expression that designs their physical reality. This path did not "break" me into a shaman. It merely revealed the one I already was.

Beyond the Practice

Creator of Naresonarq

Naresonarq is the frequency platform I built to bring frequency medicine into daily life. It calculates the audible Hz signature that belongs to you alone, drawn from sidereal astrology, Pythagorean and Chaldean numerology, the Tzolk'in calendar, sacred geometry, and sound medicine, then renders it as sound only you will ever hear. This frequency speaks to the ascended mind. It works on the nervous system the way a song works on mood, and over time it rebuilds the neural pathways that allow the brain hold ancient data again. Remember who you are. Currently we are in the active building and testing phase for Android devices. Read more about Naresonarq.

Where This Leads

Everything here is built to shift you into the reality you came to live. Each session, each ceremony, each frequency is a step, walking you into deeper alignment with the Self and the life your highest energetic expression is designing.
